We’re looking for a graphic designer with a sharp eye. Someone who understands that good design isn’t just about making things look beautiful: it has to communicate, stay consistent with the brand, and above all, serve a purpose.

You’ll work on a variety of mandates for companies in the construction industry: visual identities, campaigns, websites, social media, sales tools, print, and more.

We’re looking for someone who can understand a client’s strategy, quickly grasp their universe, and turn ideas into solid visual concepts.

Duties

Understand the client's needs, objectives and strategy before moving into creation.
Take part in creative thinking and propose relevant visual concepts.
Design and evolve visual identities.
Develop graphic concepts for advertising and marketing campaigns.
Create digital and print communication tools.
Design visuals for social media and other digital platforms.
Contribute to the visual design of websites in collaboration with our web team.
Adapt concepts across different formats while maintaining strong visual consistency.
Present and explain your creative choices.
Integrate AI tools into your creative process when they add real value to the project.
Collaborate with strategists, account managers, developers and content creators.
Stay curious and keep up with what's happening in design, technology and creation.

Requirements and pluses

3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, or equivalent experience.
Know how to recognize when something works… and when it doesn't.
Able to start from a strategy or brief, push the thinking further, and give it a strong visual direction.
Excellent command of the Adobe suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Comfortable with Figma.
Comfortable with AI tools applied to design and creation.
Excellent sense of composition, typography and art direction.
Able to work in both digital and print.
Understands the realities of the web and social media.
Autonomous, organized and able to manage several mandates at once.
Enjoys proposing ideas rather than simply waiting for direction.
Curious and enjoys testing new ways of working.
