Customer Relations and Digital Campaigns Manager

Do you know how to build successful campaigns and maintain strong client relationships? Do you understand SEO issues, master advertising platforms, and stay on top of new technologies and AI tools?

Your role: You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of digital campaigns, while ensuring proactive and results-oriented client relations. The majority of our advertising campaigns are primarily focused on employer branding and client awareness.

Duties

Ensure client satisfaction and advise on the best digital strategies.
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Effectively manage advertising budgets for each client.
Research the right keywords, audiences, and positioning opportunities.
Install and configure tracking tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, pixels, etc.
Work and test with the creative team to produce high-performing content.
Write clear performance reports focused on continuous improvement. Able to make recommendations based on results and be able to explain them well. Find a simple and effective way to communicate results to clients.
Participate in multi-channel strategies with management.
Integrate SEO best practices into campaigns (content, structure, optimization).
Explore, test, and integrate AI tools (e.g., writing, reporting, automation) that optimize results. - Actively monitor marketing, technology, and advertising trends.

Requirements and pluses

2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Excellent command of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good understanding of SEO issues (technical and content).
Comfortable with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Didomi).
Natural curiosity for new technologies, AI, and automation tools.
Rigor, autonomy, analytical mind, and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously.
