Customer Relations and Social Media Manager

Your role: Align content strategies with each client’s objectives, collaborate with our creative team, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the social media front.

Duties

Develop and manage the publishing calendar for each client.
Write engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Manage publications, moderation, and communities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and digital campaigns.
Create newsletters aligned with the strategy.
Coordinate filming and photoshoots with clients and our production team.
Work with designers, videographers, and strategists to create impactful content.
Monitor trends, test, and adjust.
Produce performance reports and suggest optimization opportunities.
Provide attentive and proactive customer service.

Requirements and pluses

3 years of experience in a similar role (agency or corporate).
Excellent writing skills in French.
Highly motivated to use innovative technological tools (AI, LLM, etc.).
Strategic thinking, rigor, and initiative.
Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities.
Proficiency in social media, planning tools, and statistics.
Knowledge of newsletters.
Natural curiosity and a desire to continually learn.
