Photographer / Videographer & Video Editor

Join the bolēan team as a photographer, videographer, and video editor, a key role that combines on-site production expertise with post-production skills. You will be responsible for creating photos and videos for various digital channels, primarily for companies in the construction industry.

Duties

Pre-production: Create shot lists, participate in planning and scheduling.
Production: Operate camera, set up lighting, and manage audio equipment. Operate drone (no certification required).
Post-production: Photo retouching and video editing.
Collaborate with the creative team and client managers (we’re open to your ideas).
Assist the creative team in ideation, design, and copywriting.
Stay up to date with content creation trends.
Contribute to the agency’s visibility and growth.
Take part in various other related tasks.

Requirements and pluses

2 years of experience as a photographer, videographer, and editor—or in a similar role
Interest in creating marketing content for the construction and industrial sectors
Independence, initiative, and efficiency
Attention to detail and precision
Open-mindedness and good listening skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong teamwork skills
A creative, curious, and innovative mindset
Valid driver’s license
Bonus points if you enjoy hitting the ski slopes during your lunch break!
