We’re looking for a versatile person who excels in photography and video, and who masters video editing.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who understands that before pulling out the camera, you need to understand the client, their strategy, their objectives, and what we want to tell.

You’ll work mainly with companies in the construction industry, both on job sites and in offices.

Duties

Understand the client's strategy, objectives and reality in order to capture relevant content.
Take part in creative thinking and propose concepts, angles and ideas.
Prepare shoots: scouting, shot lists, planning and schedules.
Carry out photo sessions and video shoots.
Operate the camera and drone, set up lighting and manage audio equipment.
Handle photo retouching and video editing, from selecting rushes through to final delivery.
Adapt content to different formats and platforms.
Make visual choices that serve both the strategy and the quality of the result.
Integrate AI tools into the creation and post-production process when they add real value to the project.
Use AI to explore ideas, speed up certain production steps and push creative possibilities further.
Collaborate with the creative team and account managers.
Stay on top of new trends, technologies and ways of creating content.

Requirements and pluses

Solid experience in photography, video and editing.
An excellent artistic eye and a strong sense of taste.
Comfortable with AI tools applied to photo, video and content creation.
Curious and enjoys testing new tools to improve their way of working.
Autonomous, resourceful and able to make decisions in the field.
Able to manage several projects at once.
Enjoys proposing ideas rather than simply waiting for direction.
Comfortable working in very different environments.
Holds a valid driver's license.
