Duties
- Offering tech support by phone to our business clients;
- Implementing cloud IT solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace;
- Maintaining and implementing VoIP phone solutions;
- Preparing and installing various pieces of IT equipment.
Requirements and pluses
- You’re an empathetic and cheerful person who likes to interact with people
- You’re passionate about technology
- You’re not opposed to the idea of using a Mac
- You see solutions where others see problems
- You have strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office, Windows Server)
