- Offering technical support by phone to our business clients
- Offering on-site technical support to our business clients
- Implementing cloud IT solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Maintaining and implementing VoIP phone solutions
- Preparing and installing different pieces of IT equipment
Requirements and pluses
- You’re an empathetic and cheerful person who likes to interact with people
- You’re passionate about technology
- You’re not opposed to the idea of using a Mac
- You see solutions where others see problems
- You have strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office, Windows Server)
