Duties
- Offering tech support by phone to our business clients
- Offering on-site technical support to our business clients
- Planning, organizing and implementing cloud IT solutions such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
- Supporting level-1 technicians
- Carrying out project planning
- Meeting with managers in order to fully meet their technology needs
- Ensuring that our clients' computer systems are running smoothly
Requirements and pluses
- You're an empathetic and cheerful person who likes to interact with people
- You're passionate about technology
- You're not opposed to the idea of using a Mac
- You see solutions where others see problems
- You have strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office, Windows Server)
