Content strategist — HR marketing

As a content strategist, HR marketing, you will be called on to support our clients in their recruitment efforts and in positioning their employer brand. In addition, you’ll have access to BOLÉAN’s in-house team to help you bring your ideas to fruition.

Duties

Establish marketing strategies related to our clients' employer brands
Maintain trusting relationships between clients and the agency
Analyze the market and clients' needs to ensure that relevant advice and innovative solutions are provided, based on their challenges
Develop content strategies
Build digital campaign plans according to the client's needs and budget
Manage and maintain recruitment-related digital campaigns
Assist the creation team in development, design and writing
Keep up-to-date on, and on the lookout for, new HR communication and marketing trends
Contribute to raising the agency's profile and participate in its development
Participate in several other related tasks

Requirements and pluses

Hold a degree in communications, marketing or human resources
At least 3 years of marketing or recruitment experience
Knowledge of advertising environments (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Knowledge of the digital world
Autonomy, initiative and efficiency
Detail-focused and conscientious
Priority management and excellent sense of organization
Open-minded and a good listener
Good sense of analysis and of client management
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
Team player
Creative, curious and innovative
Ease in developing relationships of trust with clients and partners
