The brand needed to stay approachable, one that doesn't intimidate the homeowner shopping for a heat pump, while still showing the seriousness of the business. Excel already lives that professionalism every day: spotless trucks, pro-grade equipment, a team that loves its trade and it shows. Our mandate: make all of that visible. We overhauled the visual identity, designed a new bilingual site with an online shop and a full careers section, then rolled out ongoing marketing support. Photos and videos in the field, social posts, ad campaigns: everywhere, it's Excel's own people who do the talking. An image that puts customers at ease and makes good talent want to join the team.
